Leisure Connection used Leisure-net to carry out their mystery calls of their 50 plus sites on a regular basis using our call-Focus service. We are also their preferred provider for NBS and Non User Surveys and work with them to ensure all are carried out on a pre-planned basis to their clients requirements.

Leisure-net have recently secured a 2 year contract to supply all of Fusion Lifestyle’s NBS and Non user Surveys. Now one of our largest clients, we have a pre-planned schedule of research covering their 20 plus sites.

We are currently working with Hertsmere Leisure on a 2 year contract to  help them develop an Impact and Outcomes Framework, looking at how the trust impacts on the wider agendas of the local community. Once developed we will be working in partnership with Hertfordshire University to measure and monitor key indicators.
